ONLINE TRAINING: Risk Management MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this training is to provide training for the management of laboratory to implement a risk management program and cultivate a “risk-based thinking culture” in the laboratory.
On top of the compliance with MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements, the laboratory personnel is able to use the techniques acquired from the training to evaluate risk to the impartiality and competence of their test/calibration results and to take mitigation and contingency actions to reduce undesired effects from happening in the laboratory.
The laboratory personnel will be able to document their risk analysis and findings into a risk register to ensure actions are taken which are able to reduce any risk to an acceptable level.
TRAINING OUTLINE
Objective of MS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard
Review of key requirements in the MS ISO/IEC 17025 standard, implementation and compliance with requirements
Review of requirements for Risk Management in the MS ISO/IEC 17025 standard and risk assessment techniques based on ISO 31010
Examples of risk register with laboratory scenarios showing risk and opportunities analysis
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This training is intended for laboratory management of R&D, commercial testing and calibration laboratories, which are proceeding to apply for SAMM accreditation as well as those who are maintaining their accredited management system.
